These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viewjoo mobile application, website, live-streaming features, creator tools, chat, voice and video calling features, virtual coins, gifts, games, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Viewjoo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Viewjoo. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Viewjoo after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

About Viewjoo

Viewjoo is a social entertainment and live-streaming platform that allows users to discover creators, watch live broadcasts, interact through chat, send virtual gifts, participate in supported games and activities, and connect through available voice or video calling features.

Users may create profiles and, where the feature is available, broadcast live content as creators. Viewjoo provides the technology and tools that enable these interactions. Viewjoo does not guarantee that any particular creator, stream, user, call, game, or feature will always be available.

Scope of Services

The Platform may include the following features, depending on availability, region, device compatibility, and account eligibility:

1. Live video streaming and viewing broadcasts from creators.
2. Creator profiles, discovery, search, categories, and follower features.
3. Live chat, comments, messages, and other user interaction tools.
4. Virtual coins, digital gifts, rewards, and in-app purchases.
5. Voice or video calls, including free or coin-based call features where offered.
6. Games, leaderboards, events, and other social entertainment features.
7. Notifications, account settings, and creator or user support features.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

User Eligibility

You may use Viewjoo only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age requirement displayed for the Platform or required by the laws applicable to you. If the minimum age is 18, you must be at least 18 years old. You must not create an account or use the Platform if you do not meet the applicable age requirement.

By using Viewjoo, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws. We may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility and may restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

User Accounts and Security

Some features require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You must promptly notify Viewjoo if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or compromised. Do not share, sell, transfer, or permit another person to misuse your account. We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it has been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

Live Streaming and Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the live streams, videos, audio, comments, and other material they publish or transmit through Viewjoo. Creators must ensure that they have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content they share, including permission from people who appear or can be heard in a broadcast.

Creators must not broadcast illegal activity, dangerous acts, harassment, threats, sexually exploitative material, content involving the exploitation of minors, or material that infringes another person's rights. Creators must not mislead viewers about their identity, offers, prizes, or any paid interaction.

Viewjoo does not guarantee audience size, viewer engagement, gifts, earnings, or uninterrupted streaming. We may remove content, limit streaming access, or suspend creator privileges when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our policies.

Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use Viewjoo respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

1. Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, exploit, impersonate, or discriminate against another person.
2. Share unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
3. Upload or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
4. Use bots, scripts, fake accounts, automation, or other methods to manipulate views, followers, gifts, rankings, or rewards.
5. Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user's account.
6. Solicit users for scams, money transfers, off-platform payments, or unlawful activities.
7. Share another person's private or personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution when communicating with people you do not know and do not share sensitive personal or financial information with them.

Virtual Coins, Gifts and In-App Purchases

Viewjoo may offer virtual coins, digital gifts, subscriptions, or other paid digital features. Prices, available packages, bonuses, and payment methods will be shown in the Platform or by the relevant app store or payment provider before purchase.

Virtual coins and gifts are digital items for use within Viewjoo. Unless applicable law or the relevant store policy requires otherwise, virtual coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Platform. Sending a gift does not create ownership or any right to receive goods or services from a creator.

All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the app store or payment provider used. Except where required by law or the applicable store policy, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable. Any refund request must be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's or app store's process. We may correct coin balances or reverse transactions where a payment is cancelled, reversed, fraudulent, or made in error.

You must not exploit bugs, use unauthorized payment methods, dispute legitimate purchases fraudulently, or attempt to manipulate coin or gift balances. We may restrict purchases or account access if we suspect payment abuse.

Creator Rewards and Earnings

If Viewjoo offers creators rewards, gifts conversion, bonuses, or payouts, eligibility and calculation will be governed by the applicable creator rules and payout terms shown in the Platform. Rewards are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, identity checks, tax requirements, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

We do not guarantee any minimum income, number of gifts, audience, or payout. We may withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards linked to fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, artificial engagement, or other improper activity. Creators are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from their activities.

Calls, Chat and Messaging

Viewjoo may provide text chat, voice calls, video calls, or matching features between users and creators. Feature availability, duration, eligibility, and any coin requirements will be displayed in the app. A “free call” or promotional benefit, if offered, is subject to the conditions and limits shown at the time it is made available.

Users must behave respectfully during calls and messages. Do not record, distribute, publish, or otherwise use another person's call, image, voice, or messages without their consent, except where permitted by law. Viewjoo does not guarantee that another user will accept or remain available for a call.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you create, to the extent permitted by law. By submitting, uploading, streaming, or displaying content through Viewjoo, you grant Viewjoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Platform.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to provide the content and grant this license. The license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including where content has been shared or retained in backups, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Content Moderation and Reporting

Users may report content, streams, profiles, or conduct that they believe violates these Terms or applicable law using available reporting tools or support channels. We may review reports and take action, including removing content, issuing warnings, limiting features, suspending live access, or terminating accounts.

We may use automated tools and human review to detect or assess potentially harmful, unlawful, or policy-violating activity. We do not promise to review every item of content before it appears, and we are not responsible for user-generated content posted by others. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Viewjoo name, logos, software, design, interface, graphics, and Platform materials are owned by Viewjoo or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of Viewjoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared. You should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you share about another person is shared lawfully and with appropriate permission.

Third-Party Services and Payments

The Platform may rely on third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, communication services, or external links. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Viewjoo is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Viewjoo available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, network conditions, device limitations, or events beyond our control may affect availability, streaming quality, calls, purchases, or other features.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, technical, legal, or business reasons. Where required by law, we will provide notice or other protections.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Viewjoo at any time and may request account deletion through the available in-app process or support channel. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create a risk to other users or the Platform, engage in fraud, or where we are required to do so by law.

Suspension or termination may affect access to your profile, content, messages, virtual items, or creator features. Any treatment of remaining balances or data will be subject to applicable law, the relevant store rules, and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Viewjoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that streams, user content, creator profiles, calls, games, rewards, or other features will be accurate, suitable, secure, available, or uninterrupted. User-generated content reflects the views of its authors and not necessarily those of Viewjoo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viewjoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply where the loss was caused by Viewjoo's own breach or where such allocation is prohibited by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in India, subject to any non-waivable rights or jurisdictional protections available to you under applicable law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific rules presented in the Platform, form the agreement between you and Viewjoo concerning use of the Platform.
